Start ups

Setting up a new business can be a daunting task that can often take you outside of your comfort zone.  One crucial aspect of running a business is the creation and implementation of a system that allows you to monitor business transactions, whilst ensuring that you meet all of your regulatory requirements.

Our start up help goes way beyond the initial set up phase of your business, we will be with you every step of the way, providing administration support that will allow you the freedom to successfully run your business, safe in the knowledge that you have a strong, professional team behind you.

First Impressions

It is no longer the case that your accountant needs to be a ‘local’ Accountant to be local is a thing of the past.  We prefer to have an initial face-to-face meeting (which is always free) and we make full use of modern IT services. Our initial meeting will give you the opportunity to be introduced to the Team Members who will be responsible for looking after you throughout the year.

Cloud Accounting with QuickBooks

Quickbooks is a form of cloud accounting which Whitnalls can now provide with several employees having acquired the online ‘Pro Advisory’ status. Such a status means that we are fully equipped in training, advising and supporting you in the Quickbooks set-up process.

Cloud accounting is where a company uses accountancy software hosted away from their premises, often on a server in other countries. Accessible anywhere, anytime via the internet it allows business owners and their finance teams to access data wherever they are doing business. As the software is “cloud” based it can be accessed by accountants at the same time as the company users.

Intuit Certified ProAdvisor

By choosing Whitnalls to help guide you through Quickbooks, you can be at ease knowing that we are committed to helping our clients find the best product for them, and then working with them throughout the entire process to ensure the software is used to its full potential.
